Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Streak. By using Streak, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Purpose of Streak

Streak is an accountability and adult-content blocking tool. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice. If you need professional help, you should contact a qualified professional or emergency service.

Account responsibilities

• Provide accurate account information.
• Keep your login method secure.
• Use the app only for lawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to bypass, abuse, reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with Streak or its services.

Accessibility and permissions

Some Streak features require Android Accessibility, notifications, and photo/media access. You control these permissions in Android settings. If you disable required permissions, protection features may not work and streak rules may apply according to the app experience shown to you.

Streaks and recovery

Streak counts, blocked attempts, and the recovery feature are app features only. They do not have cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may be changed, paused, or removed as the app evolves.

Purchases

Paid streak recovery purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. Refunds and payment disputes are handled according to Google Play policies and applicable law. Streak may verify purchase status before applying a paid recovery.

Availability

We work to keep Streak reliable, but we do not guarantee that the app, blocking, notifications, alarms, account authentication, cloud database storage, backend services, or third-party integrations will always be available or error-free. Device settings, operating system limits, browser changes, and battery restrictions can affect protection reliability.

Intellectual property

Streak, including its design, code, text, graphics, logos, and features, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse it except as allowed by law or written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Streak is provided as is and as available. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, streaks, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the last updated date and provide additional notice when appropriate. Continued use of Streak after changes means you accept the updated terms.
